Which testing option is right for me?

We offer three levels of testing so you can choose the option that best aligns with your goals:

Core (RMR Testing): Learn your true resting metabolic rate — the foundation for accurate calorie and nutrition planning.

How do I prepare for testing, and how long does it take?
  • Avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours before your test.
  • Do not eat or drink (except water) for 4–6 hours before your RMR test.
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers for VO₂ Max testing.

Testing Duration:

  • RMR: 20–25 minutes
  • VO₂ Max: 30–40 minutes
  • Premium (Both): 60–75 minutes total
